Quote from Razvozhayev: "Following an attack by the enemy on energy infrastructure outside Sevastopol, our city has temporarily been left without electricity.

Special security measures have been introduced at facilities, while social infrastructure facilities have switched to backup power supplies."

Details: Local residents have reported power cuts in Alushta, Yalta, Sevastopol, Sudak and Yevpatoriia. Razvozhayev confirmed that the city had lost its electricity supply.

Background: This is not the first blackout in Russian-occupied Sevastopol. In August, the Russian-installed occupation authorities said the city had been left without electricity following an attack on Sevastopol. In the same month, a widespread blackout affected the whole of Russian-occupied Crimea.
