A child aged about 14 has been injured and is receiving medical treatment.
In Rivne Oblast, a Russian attack caused a fire in a 100-sq-m house in the Ostroh district.
The State Emergency Service said four people were injured. Firefighters have extinguished the fire.
Background: On the night of 31 October-1 November, Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Vinnytsia Oblast , including on energy infrastructure facilities. In Vinnytsia, a mobile phone mast, windows in apartment blocks and other civilian facilities were damaged.
