Rays vs Brewers, Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026 at 8: 00 ET | American Family Field, Milwaukee, WI | FOX
The Rays don’t have their backs against the wall, but they certainly would like to take a game before they head back to Tampa. Milwaukee took the opener of the World Series and now has the upper hand. What does each team have to do in order to take Game 2 of the World Series?
The Rays will need to get a good start from Drew Rasmussen. That’s their biggest key to winning today. They need to find a way for Rasmussen to keep the Brewers from manufacturing runs or getting that big hit that they consistently have gotten all postseason. They could also benefit from big hits of their own.
The Brewers need patience, but they really don’t need to change anything. They really can’t let Rasmussen get into a groove. If they do find a way to score some runs off of him, I’d expect that they pull their starter, Logan Henderson, fairly early and turn the game over to their bullpen. Milwaukee is getting guys on base consistently, getting them over, and getting them in.
Which team will get what they need tonight? The Rays need to get a win to even the series, and the Brewers look to go up 2-0. Underdog is offering new users $50 in bonuses on a $10 wager using promo code FOXNEWS.
