Details: Vysotskyi said that the agency is verifying the information through public and non-public sources. There is currently no confirmation that grain-laden vessels are physically moving.

The minister specified that he has not yet discussed this situation with representatives of the defense forces. The ministry plans to analyze the causes and consequences of a potential resumption of shipments after verifying the fact itself.

Background: On 28 October, reports emerged regarding the departure of Russian grain carriers from the Azov Sea. Reuters sources specified that this involved the convoyed movement of vessels that had been loaded and stationary for a long time.
