Two people, including a 16-year-old boy, were killed and 23 others injured in Russian attacks on Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts on 30 October. In addition, 12 people in Kharkiv Oblast were suffering from shock.

Details : In Donetsk Oblast, Russian forces killed two people in Sloviansk – a 73-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy who was travelling in a car with his parents. Both of his parents were injured.
A total of 12 people were injured in Sloviansk, with two more injured in Kramatorsk and another two in Druzhkivka. Overall, two civilians were killed and 16 injured in Donetsk Oblast over the past 24 hours.
In Kharkiv Oblast, the city of Kharkiv and 15 other settlements came under Russian attack. A total of 19 people were affected.
Four people were injured in Kharkiv, while another six were suffering from shock. Two men were injured in Derhachi and another man on a road near the village of Horokhovatka.
Cases of people suffering from shock were also recorded in other settlements in the oblast.
In addition, it emerged that a 59-year-old woman was killed in a Russian attack on Izium on 29 October, while another woman, aged 57, was injured.
