Rams QB’s wife complains the NFL screwed team out of a true bye week, worst TV quad box ever & Christmas beer

Welcome to Screencaps , "America's Best Daily Column," as named by the readers. Screencaps, which publishes seven-days-a-week, is a mix of sports, pop culture, and emails from sane readers from around the world. This column isn't for the coastal elites. Give us a week to steal your heart. Our track record is pretty good. Let's have some fun.

Full disclosure: I've always liked Kelly. She's been a fan of my work going back years, like a decade, when she was outspoken in Detroit where she once called a radio show to confirm that she paid for her own breast implants when it was implied that her husband used his money for the boob job.

This week, Kelly, 37, is making headlines over her latest comments over how the Rams aren't getting a true bye week because they'll be playing on Thanksgiving Eve . Instead of a full two weeks off, her husband's team will get just 10 days.

NFL STAR MATTHEW STAFFORD'S WIFE MAKES CLEAR DISTINCTION ABOUT QB'S NAME: 'HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL'

"Just curious to hear the thought process behind making the Rams the only team in the NFL without a true bye week. Because damn, after 18 years around this league, even I need a week off during the season... and I have never played a single snap," she wrote on Instagram.

"I'm tired just watching from the stands. Can't imagine how the guys feel."

It sucks getting old, Kelly. I feel you. I hear you, but this complaint is going to sound hollow to people who go to jobs they hate and make way less than the $400 million that Matthew has banked over his career.

Guys, relax, Matthew doesn't always agree with his wife's complaints. During a podcast where Kelly complained about her feet hurting from walking around a game in cowboy boots, the Rams' Super Bowl-winning QB had no sympathy.

"You choose to do these trips," Matthew said of Kelly's need to go on the road and run herself ragged. "No one is telling you to do them," he added while the camera pans to Kelly in shock.

"Listen, I don't know if this is going to be your last year. I'm trying to make it a family year. I do this for you!" Kelly fired back.

If there's a silver lining, Kelly, Matthew and their girls will celebrate at home on Thanksgiving to rest their feet after a Thanksgiving Eve in their suite.

Remember this woman from over the summer? She's the one who, given the chance to say she's rooting for the U. S. to win the men's World Cup, decided she would stay loyal to her voters, who also hate America. This is road we're going down in this country and it's brutal to watch.

This piece of work is heading to Congress. Let that sink in.

YouTubeTV is SICK for even allowing me to create this quad.

Welcome back, they/them! If we thought it was bad during woke 1. 0, BUCKLE UP. We're officially living in world where new Texas Sen. James Talarico once said "God is non-binary." Good lord.

Wait until you see how many cities, perhaps states, start going after your gas mowers again. Your gas grills are officially in the crosshairs. The countdown is on.

COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS CRUSHED FOR DARK & MOODY 'STRIPPER' COSTUMES, AN ODD FREE THROW & COSTCO MEAL 'DEALS'

How does last night's election affect OutKick? It makes this site even more important. Even more necessary. Woke 2. 0 is going to take direct aim at the manosphere. The purple hairs will be back with a vengeance. Just watch.

Short's is as woke as it gets up in Bellaire, MI, but dammit they make incredible sandwiches and great beer. The White Pepper might be America's best sandwich. True story: Last summer, without prompting, my dad started raving about getting the White Pepper at Short's. He had no idea that on golf trips to northern Michigan, we're literally eating the White Pepper over multiple days because it's so good.

Now Short's comes out with a beer that was a required purchase. Costco is selling it for $20 a 12-pack. Yes, that's high, but that's also how much I trust this brewery to make a really good product. I don't normally drink beer on a Wednesday night, but I will tonight to do a taste test for you guys.

• Tom T. is furious over that UK guy who took 28 years to walk around the world: You are spot on with regards to the father of the century candidate who abandoned his family. The very first thought that entered my feeble brain when I read the headline was – "****ing loser". What in THE HELL is going on in the UK these days? They arrest people for making fun of the government, and they praise this absolute loser. The guy WENT FOR A 28 YEAR WALK, he did not explore the furthest reaches of the solar system.

• Joe in East Tennessee write on the state of college football: I agree with everything Sheriff John said, but I would add that the price of tickets for a major college football game is STUPID expensive!

In 2021 I paid less than $100 for a ticket to the TAMU v Bama game at Kyle Field. Since moving to the Knoxville area I've checked prices online to see a Vols game and can't find anything for less than $375-ish. I've got a REALLY nice TV that I can watch four games on simultaneously and a garage-fridge full of good beer... I'll skip the traffic and the crowd, thank you.

• Duncan N. on the Michael Jackson craze: My 14 year old son watched the Michal Jackson movie multiple times. He loved and it loves to do the "hee hee" like Michael. He did not think about dressing up as MJ for Halloween because he isn’t the same race so it wouldn’t be appropriate. But I did see a kid around 10 years old dressed as Michael in the neighborhood parade.

Kinsey: I'm still stunned by the MJ stuff. A quick search reveals that the documentary was available on Hulu. I'm shocked kids even turn on Hulu. My kids barely watch anything other than YouTube shorts, sports with me and movies with mom.

I was a little turned off by the Akron QB trying to run and throw sidearm like he was Mahomes throwing off one foot.
