Prosecutors in surrogacy scandal arrest call mansion a "house of horrors"

A Chinese-born couple was arrested in California on Tuesday, more than a year after 21 children were discovered inside their castle-like mansion near Los Angeles. They are accused of what the L. A. County district attorney calls "horrific punishment and beatings and child abuse." The kids were almost all born via the largely unregulated world of surrogacy and are now in protective custody.
