Authorities are warning residents on Hawaii's Big Island to find a safe place to take shelter ahead of the arrival of Hurricane Nolo, with life-threatening flooding possible in some areas. Nolo's arrival comes just over a month after Hurricane Lala caused devastation to Hawaii.
