Ukraine's Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi has instructed the Ministry of Energy and Ukraine's state-owned electricity transmission operator Ukrenergo to restore power supply in the city of Konotop in Sumy Oblast, where there has been no electricity for five consecutive days.
