Indianapolis Colts cornerback Sauce Gardner was on the receiving end of a brutal graphic last week.
The NBC broadcast noted that Gardner "has not won an NFL game in the United States since December 15, 2024," which at that point was 644 days. He played for the New York Jets to start the 2025 season before he was traded to the Colts. Indianapolis defeated the Atlanta Falcons in Germany, which accounted for the only win he was a part of last year.

On Sunday, the winless streak on U. S. soil came to an end. The Colts narrowly defeated the Houston Texans 19-17. Gardner was ready for a social media post.
"Hey guys, won in the United States today," he wrote on X.
The streak ended at 651 days.

Gardner had five tackles and two pass breakups in the win. Indianapolis nearly defeated the Kansas City Chiefs last week, losing in overtime 33-30. He had six tackles and a pass breakup in that one.
In Week 1, Gardner only had one tackle. The Baltimore Ravens took care of Indy 41-23.
The All-Pro defensive back is going to be a key piece in the Colts’ secondary if the team should right the ship and get back into a winning position. Indianapolis was playing well last season before Daniel Jones went down with a season-ending injury. The Colts lost seven straight and missed out on the playoffs.
The pressure is on the Colts to get to the postseason this year. Team owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon is prowling the sidelines and watching closely to see how her team performs.
