Details: According to Pavlo "Kil" Kurchenko, Commander of Military Unit 3121 of the 1 st Corps of the Azov National Guard, to which the temporary deployment point belongs, there were no "numerous beaten people" or "a killed person" in the house, as fake doctor Valentyna Moloda had shouted during a live stream.

Four mobilised men – Andrii Kuleshov, Ivan Yareshko, Oleksandr Pavliuchenko and Oleksandr Perminov – sustained injuries and were later taken out of the house and delivered to a National Guard medical facility.

According to Kurchenko, Kuleshov was in the house "in quarantine for adaptation after going AWOL [absent without leave – ed.]".

This man was also previously a National Guard serviceman: after being assigned at a territorial recruitment centre, he was sent to the 52 nd Forge International Assault Regiment within the 1 st Corps of the Azov National Guard. It was from there that he fled, so he was put on the wanted list.

Kuleshov was found at his home in Kyiv, detained and taken to the temporary deployment point in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

Quote from Kurchenko: "There were certain questions for him, as his details appear on the Myrotvorets website . The reason is multiple illegal crossings of the Ukrainian border with the Russian puppet republics of the LPR and DPR Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics are self-proclaimed Russia-backed quasi-state formations in Ukraine's Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts between 2015 and 2021. His brother continues to live in the non-government-controlled territory of Ukraine, in the so-called DPR."

Details: Kuleshov's mother also permanently resides in the territory of the self-proclaimed DPR, but is currently temporarily in the Ukrainian-controlled territory. According to the woman, she came for medical help but plans to return to the occupied territory.

Yareshko is the mobilised man who, according to another mobilised man, was under the influence of drugs and lunged at people in the house.

Commander Kurchenko noted that Yareshko was mobilised on 30 October and handed over to Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. Even then, the man was behaving aggressively. A rapid test was administered, which showed the presence of narcotic substances in his urine.

Quote from Kurchenko: "He [Yareshko – ed.] then tried to attack the medical worker of our unit who was conducting the test. He also behaved aggressively towards other servicemen, constantly disturbing them, for which he was isolated in a separate room. And there he began to commit self-mutilating actions."

Details: According to Kurchenko, serviceman Pavliuchenko injured his back during an air raid, when he was going down to shelter at basic military training in one of the military units.

At the Lutsk City Clinical Hospital, the man was diagnosed with a consolidated fracture of the 9 th vertebra without displacement of the chest, so he subsequently underwent treatment in the same medical facility. According to Kurchenko, this serviceman frequently violated rules of conduct in the hospital, in particular by drinking alcohol.

Quote from Kurchenko: "Due to severe alcohol intoxication and aggressive behaviour – and he was urinating in the ward itself – he was forcibly discharged and taken to this temporary deployment point. The medical discharge summary stated that he should remain in a lying position."

Details: The commander claims that Pavliuchenko was prescribed medication and placed under the supervision of a unit medic. There were no critical violations regarding his health thereafter.

The commander does not call Perminov a victim. According to Kurchenko, at one of the military facilities, this mobilised man urged others to escape and later went AWOL himself, after which the military detained him.

Quote from Kurchenko: "To prevent the history of inciting personnel to go AWOL from continuing, he was taken to another temporary deployment point – that is, to Petropavlivska Borshchahivka."

Details: The captain added that the unit has official documents confirming the information provided to Ukrainska Pravda regarding these four servicemen.

The 1 st Azov Corps also underlined that all these people are fine as of now. Meanwhile, internal investigations have already been launched against them.
