Artist John Coburn went to Ground Zero after the 9/11 attacks, drawing the scenes of destruction, recovery, and everyday life there as a way to transmute pain into art. Coburn spoke with Nicole Sganga about his "Healing Hearts" collection, which he sent to families of victims, survivors and first responders.
